#O365Distilled Newsletter: Chat v Email

Marijn and I considered a podcast recently based on the most common questions that we get from customers and M365 users. We dropped the idea eventually, maybe to be picked up later. But one question that appears regularly is about which tool should I use… We often then refer to the MOCA framework from Microsoft but it prompted a thought that turned into a mean Podcast idea… When should Chat replace email?
