Workflow starts with the TALK
For some time we have both been looking at the Adoption and Change, definitely since our strategy time in Barcelona where we spent time understanding the ADKAR approach (see the last newsletter)

Adoption driven by Focused Usability
Steve was considering the Microsoft MOCA framework for a client and the Scope for an M365 rollout as the tripartite Content, Communications and Collaboration. But one question that appears regularly is about which tool should I use… We often then refer to the MOCA framework from Microsoft but it prompted a thought that turned into a mean Podcast idea… When should Chat replace email?
